I trained for Langkawi in Melbourne and this put me in great form for the Spring Classics.

• Pro Tour and rode Tour de France and all the major classics.
  
  
• I have ridden for Banesto, Big-Mat-Auber 98, MBK, Mr Bookmaker-Palmans-Collstrop, Crédit Agricole, Cervélo TestTeam, and Team Sky. I've seen what training the winning riders do. The same workouts arise again and again. Now you have access to them.
  
  
• Won the Senior British National Road Championship twice in 1997 and 2001 (I also won the Junior title).
  
  
• Won the Australian National Road Championship in 2000.
  
  
• Coached Team Azerbaijan to Olympic selection.
  
  
• Coached the Malaysia TSG team to 2018 Tour of Langkawi overall victory in 2018.
  
  
• I have brought young rides to National Team selection.
  
  
• I have coached recreational cyclists to achieve their goals and 'turned back time' for them. I have 50 year olds riding like they were 20 again.
